As our newest Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work alongside a team of passionate professionals to engage, attract and recruit early talent to EY's graduate and undergraduate programs. Whilst everyday will look different, some core elements include:
- Responsible for delivering the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition ensuring that DE&I is embedded in our processes and programs
- Cultivating value led relationships with internal stakeholders, tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations
- Managing our early identification and intern programs, including assistance with program development and facilitation
- The opportunity to work on various projects in the campus recruitment space that interest you
**What we're looking for**

- Previous Talent Acquisition Experience
- A passion for, or exposure to, early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring
- A confident communicator and presenter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
