Our Client; a growing construction company that are winning multiple tenders & as such require an experienced finance all rounder to join the finance team to help support payroll, AP/AR & reconciliations. This is friendly organization where you will be given all the tools and support you need to succeed in this busy role.
Key day to day responsibilities:
* Accounts payable and receivable.
* Processing invoices and payments.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Weekly Payroll processing.
* Liaising with external accountants and auditors where necessary.
* General administrative and bookkeeping tasks as required.
Key skills & experience to be successful:
* Xero accounting software skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proactive attitude & a team player
