About the role
You will be responsible for the administration of Commonwealth Practical Placement (CPP) for Higher Education and TAFE students undertaking placements by evaluating, processing and tracking requests, resolving student enquiries, ensuring data file validation prior to payments, and liaising with various stakeholders.
You will:
* assist in the development, documentation and implementation of procedures;
* establish, maintain and store data records and student correspondence for placements and CPP in accordance with Government and University policies, procedures and guidelines;
* maintain accurate and confidential records and files of student CPP applications and placements; and
* contribute to the administering of financial processing related to placements, CPP payments and validations and monitoring of budgets.
About you
You will possess exceptional administrative skills, including the ability to maintain efficient and effective record-keeping and filing systems and databases with demonstrated experience in the administration of placements in a Higher Education or TAFE setting.
You will possess demonstrated:
* ability to interpret policies and procedures;
* capacity to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure quality customer satisfaction;
* problem solving, time management and organisational skills; and
* word processing and Microsoft Office skills.
