Administrative Support Role

The successful candidate will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely distribution of documentation.
This role requires a strong emphasis on professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The individual will ensure the smooth daily operations of the division and provide adaptable administrative support across a range of functions.
