About the Role:
Calm, emotionally regulated, and consistent practice under pressure
Strong behaviour-management and de-escalation skills with complex, high-risk students
A trauma-informed, relationship-focused approach to supporting students
Clear communication skills and the ability to follow Behaviour Support Plans, safety protocols, and risk controls with fidelity
High levels of emotional regulation, resilience, and sound professional judgement
Capacity to work safely and autonomously in unpredictable environments
Proven experience supporting students with complex behavioural needs
Strong understanding of WHS requirements and the ability to operate within them
