Growth Marketing Leader
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Leader to join a fast‑scaling consumer tech business that's helping people around the world care for their plants in smarter, simpler ways.
This is a unique opportunity to take a proven product now available in over 30+ countries and stocked by leading retailers and lead its direct‑to‑consumer growth strategy across Australia, Europe, and the US.
The Opportunity
As Growth Marketing Leader, you'll be the driving force behind the next phase of international expansion, shaping how we attract, convert, and retain a fast‑growing global community of customers and subscribers.
You'll own the whole funnel: acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV, leading a small but mighty marketing team and reporting directly to the founders.
What You'll Do
* Own the D2C growth strategy – Build, execute, and optimise campaigns across paid, organic, email, SMS, and lifecycle channels.
* Run experiments – Test creative, landing pages, offers, and pricing to drive measurable results.
* Lead acquisition – Direct and guide paid media strategy to fuel growth efficiently.
* Drive retention & subscriptions – Turn new users into lifelong customers through lifecycle marketing and engagement programs.
* Leverage data – Translate insights into action, identifying drop‑offs and optimising for performance.
* Mentor & collaborate – Lead a talented marketing team and partner cross‑functionally with Product, Creative, and Sales to align growth initiatives.
About You
You combine analytical thinking with creative problem‑solving — and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
You'll bring:
* 5+ years' experience in growth marketing, ideally within eCommerce or subscription‑based D2C businesses.
* Strong understanding of paid media, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimisation.
* A proven track record of running structured experiments that move key metrics.
* Hands‑on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
* Leadership experience – able to mentor and motivate a team.
* A proactive, resourceful mindset and the ability to build scalable systems from the ground up.
