Job Description
- Build and manage commercial customer relationships across Toowoomba and Western Brisbane
- Develop strategies and meet/exceed sales targets
- Support tenders and identify strategic growth opportunities with the Area Manager
- Lead by example with in-store commercial teams to enhance performance
- Collaborate with store leaders and operations teams to improve service delivery for commercial customers
- Conduct regular customer visits with a focus on strategic outcomes and relationship building
- Track account metrics, forecast sales, and ensure quoting aligns with commercial margin goals
- Represent TKD at store events, expos, and field days to drive brand and sales outcomes
- Travel regularly to stores, customer sites, and supplier locations
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in account management within the construction tools or industrial supply sector
- Strong understanding of the building and construction industry
- Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with strong planning and organisational abilities
- Current driver's license and flexibility to travel and work across a 5-day roster
- Team-oriented, professional, and customer-focused
