ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE The role is based in Adelaide where you will solve end user problems based on Incident priorities where on-site physical intervention is required including end user asset management, or other hands on assistance that is not able to be performed remotely.
This may include complex problem diagnosis, upgrading, equipment installation/moves changes, complex problem diagnosis and configuration.
Manage end user expectations, service levels and end user asset security compliance.
Help implement the CCEP BPT End User Services Strategy through effective technical change management processes and practices across Australia.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Support of in-scope end users for technology issues Manage End User services queue for any incidents and requests Workstation hardware repairs, installation, configuration, peripheral support Workstation software installation, configuration, removal, user assistance Mobile device hardware support Telephone handset replacement, repair, and assistance Ensure regular compliance audit for all end user devices and applications.
Functional Leadership Manage the expectation of users for IT related issues Schedule workload and resolve issues in accordance with ServiceNow priorities Initiate and manage recovery of data as required.
Security and Compliance Audit Monitor and manage security level to all PC and mobile devices in your region aligning with enterprise program Ensure regular BPT compliance audit is performed in your region for all CCEP locations.
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU
Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology Good experience in Modern Workplace technologies 5+ years 'experience in Modern Workplace support in a similar sized environment Strong service orientation and attention to detail Good knowledge & experience in IT Service Management & Operations, including Asset/Problem management.
Should be a reliable person with positive attitude, proactive, open, honest, co operative, fast learner and works well under pressure Good communication and presentation skills (written and oral), effective cross-cultural & collaboration skills and cultural empathy.
Expert experience in Configuration, Maintenance and/or Trouble Shooting for Windows, iOS, and Android Strong experience in Workstation and mobile applications such as Microsoft Office 365, SCCM and Intune Experienced practitioner in Workstations & Mobile Hardware.
