Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this broad generalist role forms part of a dynamic HR team, supporting the organisation with solutions based, strategic and operational support and advice.A coach to our leaders, this role is experienced in employee relations, rem and ben, engagement, organisational design, leadership development and DEI. You will be working directly with the executive and be a true partner – our team helps solve real business problems that have a meaningful impact.We are a hard-working, collaborative and supportive team; we're honest with each other and have a laugh just as quickly as we jump in to help each other out with an issue.In terms of previous experience, the generalist nature of the role means we’re looking for someone with a broad skillset that can turn their hand to employment relations issues as easily as organisational development initiatives.You will have an analytical mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills and be comfortable using excel to analyse data and provide great advice to the business. You will excel in developing influential relationships at all levels, including the C-suite.
