CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to support a major civil infrastructure project based in Lismore, NSW. This role will involve operating a range of civil machinery across active work fronts, contributing to earthworks, roadworks, and site development activities. Operators will also be required to assist with general ground labouring tasks as needed to support efficient project delivery. Excellent hours on offer with an ASAP start available. Key Responsibilities: Safe operation of all machinery Hauling materials safely General maintenance on machinery Bulk earthworks Completing daily prestarts and Take 5's Our Ideal Candidate: Has proven experience operating minor plant (but not limited to the above) on civil construction sites Happy to labour when required Holds a Blue/White Construction Card Has a valid driver’s licence and reliable transport Holds relevant RII tickets Is physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused Shows up presentable, punctual, and ready to work What We Can Offer: Highly competitive pay rates | $40P/H - $45P/H Penalties Allowances Weekly Pay Continued Support from a Dedicated Celotti Recruiter.
