Key Responsibilities
* Mental Health Assessments: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care, engaging meaningfully with consumers, families, and carers.
* Specialist Input: Provide specialist input on complex issues such as family and domestic violence, child protection, and psychosocial stressors.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and development within the team and service.
Qualifications and Experience
* A minimum bachelor degree in social work, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
* Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate, and willingness to travel for employment.
