Positions Available
* Bartender (Casual/Part-Time/Full-Time)
* Food Runner (Casual/Part-Time)
Bartender – Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, and beverages with efficiency and flair.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
* Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine and drink pairings.
* Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times (RSA required).
* Collaborate with front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
* Manage stock levels and assist with ordering when needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant.
* Confident knowledge of wine, cocktails, and Italian liqueurs is a plus.
* Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
* Must have a valid RSA.
Food Runner – Responsibilities
* Assist waitstaff by delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and correctly.
* Ensure tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner.
* Communicate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure a smooth service.
* Be attentive to guest needs and uphold a high level of customer service.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Some hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
