About the Opportunity
Remedy Drinks is excited to offer a ongoing opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic Maintenance Team located in our state-of-the-art Fermentary in Dandenong South.
We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a Full-Time ongoing position on Night Shift (11:00PM – 7:00AM).
Please note: Initial training will be conducted on either the Day or Afternoon shift.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to our Maintenance Supervisor, you will support our maintenance team to ensure the reliability and availability of all brewing and production-related equipment to achieve quality, operational and production objectives, through both preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
Some of the key focuses for the role will include, but are not limited to:
* Working with the production team to ensure that production lines are running at maximum efficiencies.
* Developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure plant and equipment is in optimum condition to achieve operational requirements.
* Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical systems maintenance and repair for production equipment.
* Using fault-finding and root cause analysis methodologies to accurately and efficiently identify the cause of mechanical issues or failures.
* Carrying out troubleshooting activities in response to issues that slow or disrupt production.
* Identifying processes which can be improved in line with the Continuous Improvement strategy, including contributing to Remedy Drinks capex projects.
* Keeping accurate and timely records to provide to key stakeholders as required.
* Engaging with maintenance service providers and trades as needed to ensure effective support and collaboration where necessary.
* Participating in all Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental activities to meet internal and external requirements, including audits.
* Ensuring the availability of critical spares, tools, parts and other related resources, materials and services required to minimise downtime and disruption to production.
