Job Description
The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Oversee the preparation of group financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* POC for external audit escalations
* Deep understanding of the consolidation system and ERP
* Consolidation and review of monthly Group Cash Flow
* Lead and manage the consolidated budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and performance metrics.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements and financial controls.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to optimise financial processes and systems.
* Supervise and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance.
* Ad hoc improvement projects
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Group Finance Manager Should Have
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional certification such as CPA or CA.
* Big‐4 or mid‐tier audit background ideal.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Advanced knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
* Experience with consolidation tool and dealing with large ERP.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
