We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Graduate Program in Agronomy. This program will provide you with the skills and training necessary to become a leader or technical expert in this field.


About Our Opportunity

This graduate program is designed for talented individuals who seek a performance-based culture built on integrity, safety, inclusion, and results. As a member of our cohort, you will participate in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-the-job training, and be assigned mentors to provide ongoing support. You will have the opportunity to add value as a full-time employee from day one, working on real projects and delivering tangible results.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Hold a Bachelor of Agriculture Science, Diploma in Agriculture, or a relevant field, obtained within the past three years
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn, proactive approach, strong communication skills, and passion for agriculture
* Show evidence of experience in agriculture-related fields, customer service, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
