THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process. You'll work with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for manning the front desk of the display home, greeting all customers, and maintaining customer information.
* Support the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.
* Work in collaboration with the Sales consultant to assist in marketing and promoting the company's residential housing product.
* Responsible for the presentation of our Centre. Ability to develop a strong relationship with potential home buyers.
* Hand out marketing material, register leads, and maintain the professional presentation of the display homes and sales office.
Requirements For Success:
* A natural communicator with a personable approach.
* Ability to work 5 days, including weekends.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and individually.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
