Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of guests, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
* Managing pick-up times for vehicles to ensure timely delivery.
* Providing exceptional customer service and being the first point of contact for guests.
* Checking daily arrival lists for VIPs or guests with special needs.
* Collecting and delivering guest luggage, mail, messages, and equipment efficiently.
* Guiding guests to their rooms and assisting with luggage.
* Maintaining a clean and presentable lobby/foyer area, including entry/exit doors.
* Conducting regular checks and responding to guest requests and queries.
Requirements:
* Energetic and team-focused attitude.
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
* High level of computer literacy.
* Reliability, good grooming, and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work across a 7-day roster, evenings, mornings, and weekends.
* Flexibility to work split shifts, short shifts, or long shifts.
* Tasmanian Manual Driver's Licence is essential.
