The role - your duties will include: Database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, letter box drop offs; Booking and assisting with rural and residential property appraisals; Assisting with open homes and private inspections; Handling phone & email inquiries; Managing leads pipeline; Assisting with listing rural and residential properties for sale; Build relationships with existing and prospective vendors and buyers; Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the rural and residential sectors; Assisting in developing marketing materials; Data entry and other administrative duties as required; and Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish; and Any other ad hoc general administration duties. The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have: Previous sales experience is highly desired; Experience in Real Estate Sales is advantageous, however not essential; A current Real Estate Licence/Certificate Of Registration, or willing to obtain one; High levels of professionalism; Effective and diplomatic communication skills - written and verbal; The ability to build and nurture positive relationships; Fantastic organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively; A positive attitude, display initiative and be solution focused; A strong attention to detail; Good negotiation skills; Strong conflict resolution skills; Professional personal presentation, at all times; The ability to adhere to company procedures, policies & legislation, ensuring best practice is maintained; and Have a commitment to a team culture.
