About the Opportunity
We are partnering with several well‐established civil contractors delivering projects across subdivisions, bulk earthworks, water infrastructure, roads, piling and major infrastructure works throughout Southeast Queensland.
Due to continued growth and strong tender activity, opportunities are available for experienced Civil Estimators & Senior Estimators to join high‐performing pre‐contracts teams across a range of civil businesses.
These roles will involve preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions for projects ranging from urban development packages through to major infrastructure and civil works. You will work closely with operational teams, suppliers and subcontractors to develop competitive pricing strategies and support successful project delivery outcomes.
Whether your background is in roads, water, earthworks, piling or subdivisions, multiple opportunities are available across both established and growing contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for civil projects
* Review drawings, specifications and project documentation
* Complete take‐offs and obtain supplier/subcontractor pricing
* Assist with tender methodology and value engineering strategies
* Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams during tender phases
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Civil Estimator within the construction industry
* Background in subdivisions, roads, water, bulk earthworks, piling or infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and rates
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
