Requirements:
* Previous hospitality or retail leadership experience, preferably in food and beverage management
* Ability to lead and coach a large, multi-skilled team
* Operational experience to achieve business targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Current RSA and Approved Managers Card
