We are looking for a Product Manager who can lead the transformation of our global core communication platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to build and execute a product strategy that provides true value for internal and external customer. This will be achieved by addressing current and future requirements and delivering an intuitive user-friendly augmented product.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain a product strategy to improve our customers experiencer using a variety of inputs, and articulate rationale behind decisions engaging with key stakeholders bringing them on the journey.
* Manage the product roadmap by capturing work from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritise this work to ensure your team is always working on the most impactful items.
* Build a deep understanding of the problems that we need to solve through research and regular interaction with customers to understand who they are, what they are trying to achieve and what they view as success.
* Define and frame the problems worth solving of your team.
* Collaborate with the wider team to create innovative solutions to these problems.
* Scope solutions into small shippable slices to deliver value to customers.
* Report and share insights on customers, experiments and the metrics that matter.
* Own and maintain the quality and security of the product areas that you and your team are responsible for, to deliver to the high standard our customer expects.
To be successful you will possess the following skills and attributes:
* Proven experience across Product Management, experience in SaaS (B2B or B2C)
* Demonstrated experience driving a collaborative team and achieving results.
* Demonstrated experience with both qualitive customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.
* Demonstrated experience conducting user interviews, user research, user testing and experience working with design researchers and analysts.
* A strategic approach, with the ability to deep dive into the technical details and complexity with ease
* Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction based on customer needs.
* Refined communication skills
* High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
* Demonstrated ability at influencing outcomes and collaborating with multiple key stakeholders.
