Test Analyst - Accessibility Location: Melbourne A large, well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Accessibility Test Analyst to join their technology team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who specialises in accessibility testing and enjoys working across the full software delivery lifecycle, partnering closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure inclusive digital experiences. The Role You will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting accessibility testing across multiple digital platforms. The role involves both hands-on testing and providing accessibility guidance throughout design, development, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and execute accessibility testing across web, mobile, and application platforms Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 and recognised accessibility standards Perform manual and automated accessibility testing using approved tools and assistive technologies Provide accessibility advice during design, development, and testing phases Identify defects and log, track, and manage them in Jira Write and execute test cases and create test data Conduct regression and end-to-end testing Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist end users where required Produce test documentation, defect reports, and regular status updates Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies Skills & Experience Required 4 years' experience in accessibility testing Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.x guidelines and accessibility techniques Experience testing accessibility across web, mobile, and document platforms Hands-on experience with manual and automated accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies Experience testing across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.) Front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience supporting accessibility audits and compliance reporting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience managing defects and test cases using tools such as Jira and TestRail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet changing deadlines Desirable API testing experience Experience developing or maintaining automated test scripts (Cypress) Background in usability or accessibility-focused testing environments Why Apply?
