We are seeking a Centre Director for our 75-place centre located in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day operations of the centre in line with Imagine’s policies and procedures
* Oversee compliance with all regulations
* Mentor and inspire your team to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children and families within a child‑safe environment
* Foster lasting connections with our families and the local community
* Along with the Educational Leader and 2IC, oversee excellence in educational practice
Qualifications
* Experience as an Early Childhood Centre Director
* A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent qualification
* Thorough understanding of the EYLF, NQF, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, and commitment to upholding these
* Commitment to creating and upholding a child‑safe environment
* Commitment to promoting child safety and protection as the foremost priority
* Current NSW Working With Children Check
* Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
* High level of initiative and a commitment to ongoing learning
