IMPLEMENTATION and DELIVERY
At least 3 years experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects YAt least 5 years experience in delivering Salesforce projects
Demonstrated experience to build and deliver enterprise level integration solutions
Demonstrated experience in configuring Salesforce. Ability to build/ modify custom Objects, Flows, Permission sets, sharing and other related configuration and settings
Advanced demonstrated experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS and HTML
Demonstrated experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development and configuration
COLLABORATING, MENTORING and LEADING
Act as an effective mentor for Salesforce professionals in the organisation
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online, and able to tailor communications for different audiences
Experience making persuasive, evidence-based, recommendations that allow decisionmakers to make informed decisions
Ability to work closely with vendors and internal/external stakeholders, and develop positive relationships
Ability to work closely within the project team in a fast paced environment, and maintain positive relationships
SUPPORT and SUSTAINMENT
Experience in transitioning projects to sustainment
Experience in providing technical assistance and end user troubleshooting
