**Responsibilities**:
Sales Generation: Drive sales by identifying potential customers and actively promoting our range of shed products and services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice and recommendations to guide customers in selecting the most suitable shed options.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our shed products, including features, benefits, and customization options. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions. Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and purchase orders. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of shed orders.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to optimize sales efforts and enhance the overall customer experience. Share market feedback and insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about shed products and construction.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites when necessary.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
