We are seeking a high-performing consultant to join a growing internal strategy function within a large, complex organisation. This role is well suited to individuals from a
management consulting or strategy advisory background
who are looking to apply their skillset in a hands‑on environment with direct and visible impact.
About the Opportunity This team operates as an internal consulting unit, partnering with senior leadership to shape and deliver key strategic initiatives. You will work across the full lifecycle of engagements—from problem definition and analysis through to implementation—offering a more holistic experience than traditional external consulting.
As part of a lean, high-performing team (~15), you will gain strong exposure to senior stakeholders while working on complex, organisation‑wide challenges spanning strategy, operating model design, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support workstreams across high-priority strategic and transformation initiatives
Apply structured problem-solving approaches to analyse complex business challenges
Develop clear, insight-led recommendations for senior stakeholders
Support the design and implementation of operating model improvements
Engage with stakeholders across business units to align priorities and drive outcomes
Contribute to the delivery and embedding of strategic initiatives
Current Strategic Priorities
Uplifting enterprise strategic planning, including alignment of strategies, KPIs, and performance measures
Building integrated business planning capability across divisions and functions
Supporting growth strategy initiatives and expansion opportunities
Improving governance, planning frameworks, and cross-functional alignment
About You
3-6 years' experience in
management consulting, strategy, or advisory roles within a professional services environment
Experience working on strategy, transformation, or operating model engagements
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment
