Overview
We have a unique opportunity for a CRM Specialist to join our team, providing critical data insights used to influence both commercial and technological change across our business. You will be the day-to-day contact for CRM queries from across the business, partnering with our tech team and internal stakeholders. You will work with Dynamics 365 CRM to support and improve usability and productivity, and you will develop and deliver CRM training while contributing to the ongoing development, support and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.
Responsibilities
* Be the day-to-day contact for CRM queries across the business and partner with the tech team and internal stakeholders to drive CRM usability and productivity.
* Develop and deliver CRM training and play a key role in ongoing development, support and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.
* Work across stakeholder groups to understand and implement solutions that align with business goals using Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
* Collaborate on integrations with other systems (e.g., websites, subscription or event-management systems) and liaise with external vendors as needed.
* Assist with data governance, data quality, and reporting to deliver actionable insights on member engagement, retention, and campaign performance using Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
Qualifications
* Positive mindset & attention to detail – proactive, can-do approach with a strong focus on accuracy.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise – experience developing, customising, and integrating Dynamics 365, including Sales (member acquisition/renewals), Customer Service (member support), and Marketing (targeted communications and campaigns).
* Advanced solution design – ability to tailor Dynamics 365 to organisational needs through custom entities, fields, workflows, dashboards, and automated processes (e.g. renewal reminders, welcome emails).
* Power Platform skills – knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and model-driven apps; Azure DevOps experience is an advantage.
* Data management – proficiency in SQL queries, data migration/clean-up, and governance to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Analytics & reporting – ability to create dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights on member engagement, retention, and campaign performance using Dynamics 365 tools and Power BI.
* Business process analysis – ability to understand membership processes (applications, event registration, subscription renewals) and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
* Collaboration & vendor liaison – experience working with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and CRM software providers to support integrations.
* Data warehouse collaboration – liaise with external vendors on configuration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of the data warehouse to support analytics and reporting needs.
* Communication & training – strong written and verbal communication, clear documentation, and ability to coach small groups to drive user adoption.
* Requirements gathering & prioritisation – strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage competing demands.
* Desirable: tertiary qualification in Business or Information Technology and Microsoft certifications (MB-910, MB-210, MB-230, MB-220, PL-200, etc.).
