Your Role as Administration Officer
You'll deliver this role by:
* Providing administrative and secretarial support, including preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and managing action plans.
* Delivering high-quality customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
* Conducting facility tours and supporting sales enquiries and database management.
* Managing financial tasks such as invoicing, reconciliations, petty cash, and EFTPOS transactions.
* Managing and resolving client or resident concerns with care.

What We're Looking For
* Business or administration qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience in admin or reception roles.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Strong time-management and prioritisation skills.
A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!
* Experience in aged care, health, or community services.
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work.
