Project Support Officer Role
The Project Support Officer is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of busy construction sites.
This position plays a vital part in delivering NBN construction projects, coordinating records, data, and documentation, as well as managing contractor artefacts and preparing admin activities for field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate records, data, and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping.
* Manage contractor artefacts and prepare admin activities for field technicians.
* Support Project Managers with Purchase Orders, invoicing, payments, and retention processes.
* Manage land access components, including notifications to councils and cultural heritage awareness.
* Manage site access procedures.
* Support procurement processes as required.
* Act as Project team interface to key stakeholders, as directed by the Project Manager.
* Collate and publish project documents and weekly/monthly project reports.
* Plan and manage travel arrangements and approvals for the site team.
* Organise, distribute, and manage Personal Protective Equipment.
Benefits:
Core hours are Monday - Friday, with some flexibility for overtime. This role offers the chance to visit field sites and engage directly with contractors and other staff.
