We're growing and looking for a great Support Worker to join us.
About the role
This role is all about people, not tasks. You'll be supporting participants to live their lives on their terms — building skills, routines, confidence, and community connections.
Depending on the participant, support may include:
* Community access and social connection
* Employment support and skill building
* Daily living and independence support
* Transport to appointments, activities, or work
* Encouraging choice, voice, and autonomy
No two days are the same — and that's exactly how we like it.
About you
You don't need to be perfect — but you do need to be the right kind of human.
We're looking for someone who:

* Communicates clearly and respectfully
* Can work independently and use good judgement

* Understands professional boundaries and confidentiality
Experience in disability or community services is great, but attitude matters more than years on a resume.

* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence & reliable vehicle
* Smartphone confidence (for notes & scheduling)
* Right to work in Australia
