We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the glue that holds our department together-juggling multiple tasks, keeping our HR systems running smoothly, and bringing fresh, creative ideas to employee engagement initiatives.
This role has been created due to a promotion within the team.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Keeping all payroll admin up to date - accuracy is key!
* Administration support for department to include:
* Recruitment and Onboarding
* Employee Relations and Engagement
* HR Administration and Compliance
* Culture and Diversity Initiatives
* Ensuring employee data is always current in our HR systems.
* Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, making sure new starters feel welcome and leavers have a seamless transition.
* Stepping up to support different roles within the department when needed-whether it's covering for holidays or assisting with special projects.
* Creating eye-catching internal banners, CRM communications, and engagement materials to keep our people informed and inspired.
* Assisting with company events, culture-building initiatives, and fun activities that make our workplace thrive!
What We're Looking For:
* A strong multitasker who can juggle competing priorities like a pro.
* Solid administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
* A people person-friendly, approachable, and great at building relationships.
* Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing needs.
* Creativity-whether it's designing an engaging email, crafting a banner, or bringing fresh ideas to employee engagement.
* Experience in HR, payroll admin, or a similar role (bonus points if you've worked in a fast-paced environment!).
