Key Job Duties:
* Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, personnel changes, and updates to job descriptions.
* Oversee company-wide engagement initiatives and programs, including vendor management, reporting, and trend analysis.
* Conduct investigations related to allegations, complaints, EEOC issues, and CAP line calls.
* Effectively communicate and provide advice on personnel policies and employee relations.
Office Management Responsibilities:
* Supervise office operations, manage office services budget effectively.
* Develop programs to enhance visitor and associate experiences within the office.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field from an accredited 2-year university.
* Minimum of 3-5 years progressive HR experience with 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role.
