About The Role The Infection Prevention and Communicable Disease Clinical Nurse plays an important role in the management and care of people with communicable disease, working with the Nurse Coordinator in outbreak management (including immunisation), education, liaison and clinical advice.
This position also assists with the management of Infection Prevention initiatives and audits across the Estates.
Utilizing comprehensive clinical assessment and excellent communication skills, the role promotes and supports delivery of safe quality care within a multidisciplinary team.
Eligibility Permanent positions – To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
Qualifications – Successful applicants must be eligible for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
