Pay : $ late night, weekend and public holiday penalty rates
Roster: Wednesday - Sunday (12:00pm to close)

What You'll Do
* Drive sales targets, manage staff performance, and coordinate rostered breaks
* Supervise RSA requirements and champion a strong compliance and safety culture
* Act as the main point of contact for staff and customers, resolving issues efficiently as they arise
* Oversee the operations of our six outlets at Cairns Airport as a hands-on Duty Manager
* Act as the primary 'go-to' person on shift, ensuring seamless service and a high-performance culture
About You
* Current Food Safety Supervisor certification (desired)
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Valid RMLV certificate (desired)
* Current Driver's Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy hospitality or retail environment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team under pressure
