What you would be doing
As a Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping to provide tailored support for people with disability in their job to maintain long-term employment.
You will work in partnership with our clients and employers to provide on-the-job support that assists in maintaining employment. This could include:
* Learn and understand job requirements from the employer, while identifying workplace support needs for clients.
* Identifying client support needs in the workplace and provide individualised coaching, guidance and training.
* Monitor and document client performance and progress, while providing regular feedback to both clients and employers.
