We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Support person at our Scarborough location.
The ideal candidate will have a bright personality, a positive attitude and be willing to provide high quality reception and support. This is a fabulous opportunity to grow within the business.
Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:
* Answering telephone enquiries & taking messages
* Greeting all clients to the office
* Preparation of meeting room
* Receipting rent payments on the odd occasion
* Assisting the Sales departmentAccurate and efficient distribution of company mail
* Filing, photocopying, and scanning
* Banking
* General tidiness of the office
* Process sales files

To be successful in this position you must:
* Be available to work 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
* Must be a great 'Team Player'
* Be computer literate, enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn
* Show initiative and a mature work ethic
* Immaculate presentation
* Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Possess a good sense of humour
* Current driver's license and reliable vehicle is essential
