Salary Range: $78,260 - $82,065 pending experience + Superannuation
Role: Service Delivery Specialist
Responsibilities
* Deliver reliable, high-quality IT services across the school network in Mt Isa.
* Troubleshoot complex issues, support system performance, and ensure students and staff stay connected and supported.
* Work as part of a collaborative ITS team to maintain systems, improve service delivery, and contribute to projects that enhance digital environments within western schools.
* Apply technical expertise to support operational IT needs and manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
* Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders using well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Maintain organisation and attention to detail to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proactive and solutions-focused with proven experience in IT support and infrastructure.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgement for prioritising tasks.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
