What you'll be doing
You'll sit right at the crossroads of clinical care and patient experience, supporting our dentists, helping our patients feel at ease, and keeping the rhythm of the practice steady and smooth.
Your days will include:
* Assisting our clinicians chairside with focus, anticipation, and excellence, because high-quality dentistry is a team sport.
* Preparing treatment rooms that are spotless, organised, and ready to go, because details matter and standards matter more.
* Being a calm, reassuring presence for patients, especially those who arrive nervous and leave wondering why it wasn't as bad as they expected.
* Managing sterilisation and infection control with precision, accountability, and pride in your craft.
* Supporting reception when needed, greeting patients, answering phones, booking appointments, and keeping the day flowing seamlessly.
* Communicating clearly and respectfully with teammates so everyone feels supported and nothing is left to chance.

* Hold Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.
* Hold or are working towards a Certificate III in Dental Assisting, which would be highly regarded.
* Have availability to work Saturdays, which would be highly regarded but not essential.
Experience as a Dental Assistant is wonderful, but attitude, curiosity, and a commitment to growth matter just as much.
