We are seeking an experienced Fulltime Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house operations of a busy, high volume fast casual restaurant in the heart of Maroochydore. About the role As Restaurant Manager, you will have full responsibility for front of house operations, service execution, and the guest experience. You will lead from the floor, set service standards, and ensure every service runs smoothly and professionally.
The venue operates at high volume with streamlined systems, allowing you to focus on leadership, service quality, and team performance.
Key responsibilities
• Lead all day to day front of house operations
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high performing FOH team
• Drive exceptional customer service and consistent service standards
• Ensure a smooth and efficient service flow during peak trade
• Manage FOH rosters, staffing levels, and shift readiness
• Maintain compliance with food safety, licensing, and workplace regulations relevant to FOH
• Build a positive, accountable, and energetic team culture
• Work closely with kitchen leadership and senior management to deliver business objectives
What we are looking for
• Minimum two years experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leader in a high volume hospitality environment
• Strong, hands on leadership style with the ability to direct service under pressure
• Excellent understanding of guest experience and service execution
• Solid rostering and labour management capability for front of house teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Sound knowledge of food safety, licensing, and FOH compliance
