Rehabilitation Consultant (Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor)
* Strong communication & report writing skills + client-centred approach
* Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology required

About You
* Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Masters Degree required for Psychology applicants)
* Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
* Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Innovative mindset; bring new ideas to the team
The Role
* Deliver assessments & counselling to individuals facing sudden changes in career goals and circumstances
* Conduct assessments to guide clients toward new careers
* Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
* Identify RTW barriers and develop programs to assist injured employees in returning to work
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured workers and educate employers on health benefits of good work
