An experienced accounts and administration professional is needed for a growing Automotive Organisation

**Your new company**

Our client is a renowned player in the automotive industry, with a commitment to luxury, innovation and customer satisfaction. They have established themselves as a market leader Our client is seeking a professional Accounts Officer to join the team and contribute to the mission of delivering excellence in the automotive sector.

**Your new role**

You will be working with a close-knit team, the primary objective of this position will be to ensure that all financial transactions for the business entities are processed and recorded correctly. As the Accounts and Administration Officer, you will be responsibile for, but not limited to:

- Providing assistance with Month End & Year End Financial reporting
- Prepare and maintain financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes.
- Welcoming and assisting clients and other visitors
- Managing stock and ordering office supplies
- Assisting with office organisation

**What you'll need to succeed**

We are seeking an individual who will enjoy working in a fast-paced, progressive and supportive environment. Key skills will include:

- Detail orientated and able to diagnose payment issues.
- Experience performing account reconciliations.
- Excellent computer skills, advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Flexible in their approach to work and continuously striving to improve processes.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Automotive industry experience is essential
