* $71,725 to $77,668 per annum (HEO4)
* Plus 17% employer superannuation
* Salary packaging options available
* 20 days family and domestic violence leave per annum
* 20 days gender affirmation leave per annum
* 10 days Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and ceremonial leave per annum
* 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas shutdown week
* Location: Armidale Campus

About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to the University and will be allocated to one of the Divisions and/or Departments within the UNE Organisational Structure. The Administrative Assistant is a member of a team of administrative staff responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the School/Faculty/Directorate office. This role includes tasks associated with confidential management of information and documents including assistance with student related processes. The position operates under the general direction of the Team Leader, Faculty of Medicine & Health.

To be successful in this role, you will have, problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work flexibly and effectively with a team, or independently, to deliver agreed outcomes. You will need to demonstrate superior organisational skills, prioritising tasks, managing strict deadlines, and managing competing tasks whilst maintaining strict confidentiality
