About This Role:
This position is a key contributor to our sales team, focused on developing business relationships and driving revenue growth. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will lead the charge in identifying new opportunities, building pipelines, and mentoring junior team members.
Main Responsibilities:
* Proactively seek out high-value prospects within strategic industries, engaging with decision-makers to understand their needs and align our solutions with their objectives.
* Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns, utilizing a multi-channel approach to maximize results.

* Navigate a high volume of sales inquiries, responding promptly to prospects via phone calls and other communication channels.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of success in mid-market and enterprise-level accounts.
