Our client, a large Federal Government Organisation, whose focus is on foreign signals intelligence, military operations, cyber warfare and information security, are Seeking the experience of a Salesforce Developer.
Duties of the Salesforce Developer
* Assist in the development, configuration, and customisation of the Salesforce CRM platform;
* Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
* Configure workflows and automate business processes in collaboration with business stakeholders;
* Support system integration, testing, and release activities within an Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment;
* Contribute to analysis, design, documentation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions;
* Provide technical expertise for system configuration and integration testing;
* Model, simulate, or prototype proposed system components for stakeholder approval;
* Design, code, test, document, and refine complex programs and integration services, following agreed standards;
* Use application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics. Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks;
* Assess release components and maintain tools, methods, and processes for software delivery and deployment.
Skills and Experience Required
* Extensive experience in customizing and extending the Salesforce Platform using low-code tools, Apex, and JavaScript;
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce core technologies, Experience Cloud, and web stack development;
* Current Salesforce certifications:
* Platform Administrator
* Platform App Builder
* Platform Developer
* Demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, and development of Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
* Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Omnistudio, and Service Cloud Voice;
* Ability to follow agreed procedures to identify and resolve application issues;
* Experience using Azure DevOps or JIRA to track and progress tasks;
* Additional desirable Salesforce certifications:
* Platform Developer II
* Service Cloud Consultant
* Experience Cloud Consultant
