What You'll Be Doing
* Own the flow: Direct and control traffic through construction and maintenance sites to keep everyone safe.
* Set the stage: Install, maintain, and remove traffic control signs, devices, and barriers.
* Stay sharp: Monitor conditions and adjust measures in real time.
* Communicate with confidence: Liaise with supervisors, workers, the Office and the public.
* Deliver quality service: Treat every road user with respect and professionalism.
* Work by the book: Ensure full compliance with traffic management regulations and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
* Current TMI qualification (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in traffic control, ideally on construction or maintenance projects.
* Clear, confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
* Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts — days, nights, weekends as required.
