Our portfolio is dynamic and diverse: we lead digital strategy for corporate and technical clients across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, while also managing and growing our own vibrant B2C community brand, WiSDM. We bridge the gap between sophisticated technical execution and human-centric design.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a versatile, proactive Junior Digital Designer to join our team on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week). We are in an exciting growth phase, and for a candidate who takes initiative, there is a clear pathway for this role to evolve into a full-time position as the agency expands.
This is a unique "hybrid" role where you will design for high-stakes B2B corporate brands alongside our own B2C community, WiSDM. Working directly with the agency Co-Founders, you will have the autonomy to create assets that aren\'t just visually striking, but are strategically built to convert, engage, and perform.
Key Responsibilities
* UI/UX & Interaction Design: Prototype high-fidelity layouts in Figma, focusing on intuitive user journeys and conversion-centric design.
* Web Implementation: Bring designs to life on live sites. You'll be comfortable using front-end builders to update layouts and manage content across WordPress, Wix, and Shopify (no heavy coding required).
* Creative Content & Video: Capture professional photography and videography at our Sydney-based events. You'll take the lead in the edit to produce polished stories and event recaps without needing a detailed storyboard for every task.
* Multi-Channel Design: Create high-quality assets for Paid Ads (Meta/LinkedIn), Organic Social Media, and EDM campaigns, adapting your style to suit the platform and audience.
* Print & Merchandise: Design physical event collateral (banners, lanyards, and booklets), ensuring all files are high-quality and print-ready (CMYK/Bleed).
* Brand Versatility: Seamlessly adapt your design voice between polished corporate B2B aesthetics and the engaging, high-vibe community feel of our B2C brands.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
* Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Canva is essential.
* Video & Motion: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential. You should be comfortable taking raw footage and creating a polished narrative.
* Camera Operation: Experience operating a professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera for stills and video is highly regarded.
* Web Knowledge: Experience implementing designs across various CMS platforms (primarily WordPress).
* File Discipline: You have a high standard for file organisation, layer naming, and version control (essential for our collaborative remote workflow).
* The "Switch Key" Mindset: You are a natural self-starter who thrives on autonomy. You enjoy problem-solving and feel comfortable taking a creative brief and running with it.
* Working Rights: Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential.
Working Arrangement
* Remote-First: Flexibility to work from your home office.
* Team Days: In-person collaboration in Sydney approximately once a month.
* Live Events: On-site assistance at our physical events in Sydney (approx. every 2–3 months).
