Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be a support person responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing. About the Role: Up to 15 hours per week (average 10 hours per week). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday being essential days. We are looking for a support merchandiser in ROSEBUD, MORNINGTON, TYABB and MCCRAE stores. Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with Grocery personnel
Creating and maintaining quality planograms in stores
Pricing and ticketing compliance
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
Adhere to Coles Relay Standards and Ways of Working
Successful candidate will have:
Experience in a grocery/retail environment, grocery highly desirable
Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
