Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Company Managing Director. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable handling a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
* Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating follow-ups
* Assisting with organising and tracking projects as required
* General administrative duties, including filing and record management
* Handling, preparing, and organising company documentation
* Managing and organising the Managing Director's email inbox and desktop files
* Liaising with suppliers and external contacts when required
* Supporting other team members and assisting with additional tasks as needed
Skills & Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* High level of organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to business needs
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
