Logistics Coordinator: Permanent position Day shift hours Keysborough Location The Company: Australia Wide Trades Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator. The position requirements include but are not limited to: Develop and execute efficient logistics plans in collaboration with the factory supervisor and production coordinator. Optimise logistics operations to minimise truck movements across suppliers, subcontractors, and off-site teams. Manage, track, and document incoming materials to ensure uninterrupted delivery of prefabricated works. Coordinate and communicate resource requirements, including supervision of materials handlers and forklift operators. Contribute to the maintenance, improvement, and integration of production planning systems with internal teams and external supply chain partners. To be considered for this role you should ideally possess: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, maintain stakeholder relationships, and motivate teams. Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of analysing information and presenting it in a clear, meaningful way. Proven ability to plan and execute complex, multi-phase plans while adapting to changing project requirements. Effective problem solver with a flexible, proactive approach and strong on-the-spot decision-making skills. Training in logistics management and optimisation ( Highly regarded ) Certification and/or training in all relevant OH&S safety and awareness programs ( Highly regarded ) Relevant industry experience.
