**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design engaging and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Lead initiatives to improve user flows, optimize conversion funnels, and increase user engagement through design.
- Analyze data and user behavior to inform design decisions, focusing on improving conversion rates and overall performance.
- Conduct A/B testing, usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent and efficient implementation of designs.
- Optimize existing user interfaces to improve usability and conversion rates.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles (a plus).
